Job description
- Management of Lubrication Suppliers and Service Providers
- Planning and organizing of tasks requested by the Plants
- Specialized support as Technician in the Condition Monitoring Sub-Sections
- Compile condition/fault report and recommend corrective actions to the Plants
- Responsible for internal Project Management
- Fault condition analysis by using Predictive Maintenance Techniques:
- Mechanical Vibration analysis
- Thermography
- Tribology co-ordination
- Laser Alignment
- Mechanical Dynamic Balancing
- Manage and perform breakdown call-out and standby duty for execution teams
- Interact with plant maintenance teams for adherence to maintenance execution requirements, priorities and assignments.
Minimum requirements
Qualification:
- National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 18 months experience in a maintenance environment with specific focus on Contamination management, Vibration, Thermography, Tribology and oil analysis
- Knowledge of SAP PM
- Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge and experience of maintenance systems and philosophies
- General knowledge of safety
