Job description

ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering a 12 months Learner Technician training programme aligned with the University of Technology WIL (Work Intergrated Learning) requirements. The programme will incorporate learning through working alongside experts and guidance by a mentor on a development journey that is rooted in a high-performance culture. Successful learners will join on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months. 

Opportunities are available to Learner Technicians that have completed their S5 studies in the following Engineering disciplines:

  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Mechanical
  • Chemical
  • Metallurgical
  • Industrial
