Job description
- Analyse maintenance performance needs and effectiveness.
- Control routine maintenance tasks and perform high level maintenance planning.
- Exercise high-level control over supply of spares and materials.
- Initiate and coordinate improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain maintenance systems to address true section needs and to ensure systems are in accordance with corporate standards.
- Control budget and expenditure.
- Lead and manage a team.
- Ensure proper communication.
- Train and coach subordinates and other team members.
Minimum requirements
Qualification:
- National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Engineering.
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance environment.
- Complete understanding and knowledge of SAP EAM / PM and SAP financial systems.
- Microsoft office - Excel, Projects, PowerPoint.
- Understanding of maintenance KPI's
