• Ensure availability of above areas within budget contraints.
• Prepare and present budget and take responsibility for Production cost control
• Actively driving continuous improvement and identifying cost saving ideas
• Failure analysis (RCA) and implementation of successful solutions
• Managing training requirements for complete section and ensuring compentency of sub-ordinates as far as managerial, technical and safety is concerned.
• Coach and develop supervisory levels and high potential candidates
• Develop and maintain a maintenance and operational strategy for Scrap Supply
