Introduction
ArcelorMittal is recruiting for a Clerk to join the Generic Training team within the Human Resources department. Responsible for the coordination and smooth running of the production learnerships, administration learnerships and Generic training administration and related processes.
Job description
Responsibilities & requirements
- Assist with planning & scheduling of Mobile and Lifting Training
- Prepare and maintaining of training material according to legistative standards
- Data capturing and updating of training conducted on SAP and relevant Reporting
- Record keeping of attendance registers and training portfolios (filing and electronic files)
- Hand over completed training portfolios for TETA processing
- Present lifting and mobile equipment related training
- Conduct outcome based final assessments
- Administration of basic training material including archiving
Minimum requirements
Qualifications & requirements
- Minimum of Grade 12/NQF4
- NQF Assessor certificate
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a training environment.
- 2 Years experience as Lifting Equipment operator
- Experience in SHERQ related training will be an advantage
- Obtained or busy with a recognized (Accredited) ETDP Qualification
- Analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
- Planning and execution skills
- Team facilitation skills
- Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, and a thorough understanding of Moderation/Assessment
- Computer literacy – MS Word and Excel, Access , Power Point
- Relevant SAP module(s) knowledge
