Job description
- Project management activities (civil engineering and environmental projects)
- Consulting, feasibility studies, site supervision, and quality control
- Cost control and estimates, cash flow predictions and management
- Document control and filing
- Detail planning and execution of shutdowns and project programs
- Progres control
- Ensure safety on site and compliancr with all SHERQ related requirements
- Liaison with clients, contractors and sub-contractors
Minimum requirements
Qualification:
- B-Eng Degree (NQF 8/10) in Civil Engineering
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the Civil engineering field
- Well developed skills and experience in the construction industry
- Site supervision knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the OHSA Act, and specifics of the Construction Regulations of the OHS Act No 85 of 1993, as well as all other relevant standards applicable to the construction industry
- Familiarity with PM Module on SAP
- Able to interpret engineering drawings
- Sound knowledge of civil designs
