Job description

  • HR (Human Resources) management (Balance Score Cards, Appointments, Competency, Skills development plans) of skills within the process domain
  • Financial Management - Manage the process of cost allocation within the SAP environment
  • Service Level Management
  • Implement processes and measurements to ensure Manage People and Training team deliver service according to agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Reporting and regular Service level forums with Stakeholders
  • Apply Service Management principles according to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practises
  • Process leadership role from a systems point of view to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of SAP processes and related systems functionality
  • Demand Management role between Information Management and all Stakeholders
  • Manage Customer Satisfaction Internal and/or External.
  • Project Management (complete Project Life Cycle) - Project initiation, Planning, Control and Closure.
  • Driving improvement initiatives.
  • Problem solving in Payroll, Personnel Administration, Org Management and Time and Attendance
  • Day to day management of the Manage People & Training Process domain - coordinate documentation, configuration/development requirements, interfaces to related systems.
  • Coordinate and chair forums in their Process domain
  • Technology introduction
  • Custodianship of SAP Process (and related systems) blueprints.
  • Resource management (capacity, priorities etc.)
  • Interaction with ArcelorMittal units on SAP global activities

Minimum requirements

Qualification:
  • B. Com / B.Sc. / Higher National Diploma / B-Tech / Masters Diploma in Computer Science  (NQF 7/10)
  • SAP HCM Certification would be advantageous
Experience and Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the specific Business Process environment
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a SAP ERP (Enterprise Requirements Planning) environment
  • Management of IM (Information Management) Projects essential
