• Manage the Customer Experience Improvement (CXI) program
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement of CXI (production planning, logistics customer service) function
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement of Commercial processes
• Technical benchmarking of operational performance of production plants and identify initiatives to ensure gap closure
• Champion the CXI initiatives by interaction with all internal and external role players
• Fine tune and update the initiatives and roadmap
• Steer and enable the projects leaders and work groups
•  Lead selected projects, root cause analyses and lessons learnt exercises
• Manage the roll-out of CXI initiatives
• Manage progress of the CXI program
•  Compile progress reports regarding the CXI program
• Drive documentation management
• Provide technical support to the SCPI team
