Steel Making is looking to appoint a Administrative Assistant
Job description

Administrative support to the General Manager Steel Making 
Researching of relevant information as inputs to meetings, correspondence etc.
Interfaces with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Managing the office independently during the absence of the Manager
Screening phone calls and directing where necessary to the appropriate managers
Maintenance of the Manager’s diary
Order and control office equipment, stationary and refreshments
Typing correspondence, memorandums and other relevant documents
Administering Time and Attendance
Uploading of information onto the AMSA KPI system.
Managing and maintaining the Time and Attendance system.
IM Rep
KPI systems administrator
Follow-up and action current matters
Planning and coordinating functions and meetings

Minimum requirements

Qualification:
  • Grade 12 / NCV 4 (NQF 4\10)
Experience and Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience with secretarial skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, SAP, MS Office, Intranet, Outlook
