Job description
· Consulting, feasibility studies, site supervision, and quality control for construction projects.
· Scope development for construction projects.
· Cost control, estimates, cash flow predictions, and management.
· Document control and filing.
· Detail planning and execution of shutdowns and project programs.
· Progress control.
· Contract management for civil construction contracts at AMSA, including quantity surveying.
· Ensuring safety on site and compliance with all SHERQ-related requirements.
Liaising with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Minimum requirements
- BEng/BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
· 2 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field and Project Management Principles.
· Proficiency in Civil Engineering and management skills.
· Familiarity with Environmental Laws.
· Ability to interpret Engineering drawings.
· Familiarity with SAP.
· Strong Mathematical skills
· Critical thinking and complex problem solving skills essential.
· Strong project and contract management skills.
· Proficiency in site supervision.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Sound knowledge of the OHSA Act and Construction Regulations.
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
